Homemade
and all natural ingredients are not synonymous with "made
from scratch". I use only the finest chocolate, butter, edible
crystallized flowers which are all organic ingredients.
My cakes are 100% edible, including the flowers and particularly,
the crystallized flowers and mint leaves. Simple elegance
and working with nature is my preferred design technique.
What is more beautiful than true nature? Imagine your guests'
surprise when they discover that nothing needs to be removed from
the cake before serving. The crystallized flowers, stems, leaves
and other decorations are 100% edible! Each cake is a personal
endeavor and individualized with you to ensure that you are completely
satisfied with the result. Many times "the cake"
is the centerpiece of your celebration and will have a flavor
that you and yours will not soon forget!
